  1.由于熱源的溫標很寬,可噴涂涂層數據因此包含了幾乎所有的固體工程數據,如金屬、合金、陶瓷、金屬陶瓷、塑料及其復合材料等,從而賦予基體具有多種功能(如耐磨、耐蝕、耐高溫、抗氧化、絕緣、隔熱、生物相容性、紅外吸收等)的表面。

  

  2.噴涂過程中,襯底表面受熱程度小,可控,因此可噴涂在各種材料(如金屬、陶瓷、玻璃、布、紙、塑料等)上,對襯底的排列和功能沒有影響,工件變形也較小。

  

  3.設備簡單,操作靈活,可大面積噴涂大型部件或指定部位;可以在室內噴涂,也可以在室外施工。
